Hisaabiyaat is built so that we hold as little about you as possible. This policy explains what HISAABIYAAT (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED collects, why, and what we never collect.

What stays on your PC only

Your books — parties, items, invoices, bills, payments, bank details, reports and backups — are saved on your own computer. They are not sent to us, and we cannot see them.

What our licence service keeps

• Your account: e-mail address, WhatsApp number and the name you give.
• Your orders: plan, add-ons, amount, date, order number and payment status.
• Your PCs: a device key created on the PC, the PC's name, and the dates it last checked in — used to tie a plan to your computers.
• Sign-in codes: one-time codes sent to your WhatsApp or by SMS, kept only until they expire.

What we never collect

• Your card number — card payments are handled by our payment gateway ([Safepay]).
• Your CNIC.
• Your accounting entries or customer lists.

Why we use it

To create your account, send sign-in codes, issue and renew plans, move a plan to a new PC, stop copied licences, answer support requests, and keep records the law requires for payments.

Who it is shared with

• Our payment gateway, to take payments and refunds.
• Meta (WhatsApp) and an SMS provider, only to deliver your sign-in codes and messages you choose to send.
• FBR, only the invoices you choose to send through FBR Digital Invoicing, directly from your PC.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for [the period required by tax law] afterwards. Sign-in codes expire within minutes.

Security

The licence service runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Licences are digitally signed. Access to our server is limited to the company.

This website

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. [Add any analytics here if you add it later]

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your account information by e-mailing ceo@hisaabiyaat.com. Deleting the account ends any paid plan; your books on your PC are not affected.
