Terms of Service — Hisaabiyaat

These terms are an agreement between you and HISAABIYAAT (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan (“we”, “us”), for the use of the Hisaabiyaat software, this website and our licence service. By installing or using Hisaabiyaat you accept them.

1. The software

Hisaabiyaat is accounting software that runs on your Windows PC. We give you a licence to use it; we do not sell you the software itself. You may not copy it for others, resell it, reverse-engineer it, or remove or bypass its licence checks.

2. Plans

Ratti is free and has no end date, within its limits.
Masha, Tola and Seer are paid plans for the period shown at purchase. Their features and limits are listed on the Plans page.
When a paid plan ends and is not renewed, the software moves to Ratti. Your data is not deleted; entries in paid features become view-only.
A plan is for the number of PCs, users and companies it includes. Moving it to another PC is done by signing in; we may limit how often this happens to stop misuse.

3. Your account

A paid plan belongs to an owner account identified by an e-mail address and a WhatsApp number. Keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the people you give access to.

4. Payment

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not receive or keep your card number. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

5. Your data

Your books are stored on your own computer. You own them and you are responsible for keeping backups. Hisaabiyaat provides encrypted backups and safety copies, but we cannot recover books lost from your PC. How we treat the little information we do hold is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Tax and accounting

Hisaabiyaat helps you keep accounts and prepare tax records, including FBR Digital Invoicing. It does not give legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for the correctness of your entries and for your filings with FBR and other authorities.

7. Updates and availability

We may release updates that fix faults or change features. Daily work does not depend on our servers, but activation, renewal, FBR sending and messaging need them, and these may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

8. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Hisaabiyaat is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in the [12] months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Hisaabiyaat at any time. We may suspend a licence that is used against these terms, for example a copied or forged licence.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts at Multan have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail.
